Join us at Serenity Central of New England and Green Mountain Meditation Center for a sacred and joyful celebration of Vesak, honoring the Birth, Enlightenment, and Parinibbāna of the Blessed One, the Buddha.
This special day is an opportunity to come together in mindfulness, gratitude, and community, reflecting on the Buddha’s timeless teachings and their relevance in our daily lives.
With hearts filled with reverence and joy, we warmly invite you to participate in a day of meditation, chanting, Dhamma reflections, and meaningful ceremonies. Whether you are new to the practice or experienced, all are welcome.

🌿 What to Expect
Throughout the day, participants will engage in:
- Morning Pūjā and guided meditation
- Optional observance of the Eight Precepts
- Dhamma talk and reflection on the life of the Buddha
- Veneration of sacred Buddha relics
- Bathing Buddha ceremony
- Vesak lantern offerings and chanting
- Dāna offering and vegetarian lunch
- Peace walk and blessing ceremony
- Grand opening of the Spiritual Library
- Celebration of the second anniversary and honoring the founders

Vesak is a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the path of wisdom, compassion, and inner peace. As taught in the Dhamma:
“To avoid all evil, to cultivate good, and to purify the mind — this is the teaching of the Buddhas.”
